Corporate ID - a word which will be used to identify your company during login. Corporate ID should be a combination of letters and/or digits no more than 10 char long Job - an element of work being tracked in the system. Operations are performed on Jobs as they process through the workflow. A Job can be sent to various Work Centers for further work. Job Type - a name for a group of jobs of similar nature. Usually different types are described using different descriptor. For instance, for one type it is important to specify height and weight, while for the another color and thickness might be important Job Ticket - a form on the screen, used to collect and present Job’s information, or printable version of the Job info, to be used for your records. On-line form and printable ticket can be formatted differently and not necessarily have the same information Work Center - a place where work on a job is performed or alternatively a person performing work on the job Department - a group of work centers. It can be a real department in your company or just a collection of work centers performing similar operations Routing - List of the work centers in pre-defined sequence a job has to go through Notification - events occurring in the system that trigger alerts to be sent to the Users. Alert - emails or messages sent to the Users when notification events occur.
